For Job work customer needs to send there own Fabric, with ready design file and suggest what threads color tone , and Number will be used even customers can send their own threads with fabric to maintain their own quality standards as per market “Note : Kalkey as a brand only consume high quality raw materials to make Kalkey own inhouse products so prices may vary” details must be clarified in written format in mail with specification sheet so that work is done without any mess or confusions and on time delivery.

This is only applicable for B2B customers. We shall send you a sample swatch and the color of the fabric will be random. If you need to see the specific color, we suggest you order a minimum of 1 meter requests for swatches that are not guaranteed to be processed. It also depends upon the availability of the fabric in our Swatch Department.

Payment related FAQ

We accept multiple forms of payment. You can pay using all credit and debit cards by Master, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Netbanking, UPI, IMPS, Paypal etc
As of now we are a new startup and only accepting prepaid orders but later we will be accepting cash on delivery orders for orders upto Rupees 10000/- Order value of more than 10000/- are not eligible for cash on delivery. COD orders may have extra applicable charges.

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged at the time of check out. Most of the products fall in the 5% GST bracket as of now. Some may have 12%. However, GST rates are dependent on government policies.
For items sold in meters like Fabrics , the minimum order quantity is 1.00 meters and in multiples of 0.50 meters thereon. For items sold as a piece, the minimum order quantity is 1.

If you order an item which is out of stock, we shall get in touch with you over email or phone to inform you about the possibility of shipping that item. If the item is productionable, the lead time could be between 2-4 weeks. If the item is not re-orderable or productionable, then the money shall be refunded to your account or you can cancel that order and place another order with us.

Each product image is shot by professional in-house product photographers to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible. However, colors may vary according to different screens on which it is being viewed and therefore it can only be an approximation of the actual product.

Return Policy ?

All our running products go through strict quality checks before shipment to ensure that product is delivered as per order.
