If you need to see the specific color, we suggest you order a minimum of 1 meter requests for swatches that are not guaranteed to be processed. It also depends upon the availability of the fabric in our Swatch Department.

If you order an item which is out of stock, we shall get in touch with you over email or phone to inform you about the possibility of shipping that item. If the item is productionable, the lead time could be between 2-4 weeks. If the item is not re-orderable or productionable, then the money shall be refunded to your account or you can cancel that order and place another order with us.

Each product image is shot by professional in-house product photographers to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible. However, colors may vary according to different screens on which it is being viewed and therefore it can only be an approximation of the actual product.
